The official registries and statistical series behind the decision tools, and where listing content comes from.

Official sources (decision tools)

The objective-value, Golden Visa, ENFIA, benchmark, and market-intelligence tools are computed from the following official registries and statistical agencies:

  • AADE / GSIS (Γενική Γραμματεία Πληροφοριακών Συστημάτων) — αντικειμενικές αξίες (objective tax values) by valuation zone, used for the objective value calculator, Golden Visa thresholds, and ENFIA estimates.
  • Κτηματολόγιο (Hellenic Cadastre) — parcel geometry and ΚΑΕΚ (cadastral) data, used for parcel matching and area checks. Analytics only — no legal validity.
  • ΕΛΣΤΑΤ (Hellenic Statistical Authority) — price indices and other national statistics feeding the market intelligence series.
  • Bank of Greece — mortgage interest rates and macro-financial series.
  • Eurostat — harmonized EU price and construction cost indices.
  • migration.gov.gr — Ministry of Migration and Asylum Golden Visa issuance statistics.

Listing content (third-party)

Individual property listings (titles, prices, photos, descriptions) shown to subscribers are third-party content sourced from public real-estate portals — they are not produced or owned by this platform, and no claim of ownership is made over them. Access to this content is restricted to authenticated subscribers for personal investment research; see our Terms of Service for the full provenance and takedown policy. Rights holders may request removal of specific listings at michael@nomothiki.com.

Deal scores, property scores, yield estimates, and AI summaries are computed by this platform from the sources above and from listing content; they are estimates, not official valuations or financial advice.
